Returns
At godi. we want you to be happy with your purchase but if you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return.

There is a small fee of £5 for processing the return which is deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post-stamped outside the 14 days return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer you credit which can be used across multiple future orders.

Exchange
Similar to refunds, you have 14 days to exchange any purchase with us. To send something back for an exchange, please email contact@godi.uk with your Name and Order Number.

ORDERING
When an order is placed, you have a 2-hour window to change or cancel your order before it is fulfilled.
TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
All godi. orders are fulfilled from London, UK and include all applicable import taxes and fees for the UK.
Orders to all other destinations do not include tax and may be subject to tax and duties on delivery. Tax rates are based on the rate of your country.
DELIVERY
Should your order be returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt - the cost of delivery and fees will be deducted from the refund.
WARRANTY
Any defects or issues must be notified via email within 7 working days.
godi cannot be held liable for damage caused to personal property whilst using a godi. product.
In the unlikely event of a noticeable defect in workmanship within six months from the date of purchase we will either pay for the repair or repair your item in-house. Any shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty does not cover leather scuffing, marked fabrics, loose stitching or general wear & tear from use.
If you do experience any problems with a product after purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
This warranty is valid unless otherwise stated on the product page.
COLOURS AND MATERIALS
We attempt to depict colours as accurately as possible on the website - however the actual colours may vary to what is seen on screen.
As the pieces are made from a natural material, there is always a possibility of some inequalities and colours which are not regarded as defects. godi. reserves the right to change the details of products or photos at any point without prior notice.
While we have tried to accurately display the colours and tones of our products on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your screen and may not be accurate.
There is a small possibility that tannins from the leather can transfer onto your clothing as the leather is not entirely synthetically treated. This is like natural dyes on clothing transferring. Should this happen, please reach out to your local leather specialist to who may be able to colour fast the leather if you wish.
